driasi is pleased to announce key changes in leadership designed to streamline its organizational structure,
position the company for growth, and address succession planning.
driasi Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer J. Toal, today announced key changes in leadership including the
appointment of a Chief Information Officer, the promotion of a veteran executive to Senior Vice President,
Operations, and the addition of a Vice President, Finance. driasi has also added several new leadership
positions, which the company believes will further strengthen the organization.
Scott Allison, formerly Executive Vice President, has been appointed Chief Information Officer. Scott has served
driasi for over 35 years and has been a strong, strategic contributor to the evolution of the company's business
model. He continues to lead the organization’s technology strategy and oversee technology infrastructure,
software development, implementation, and print production functions.
Cindy Lapadula, formerly Vice President, Implementation, has assumed the new role of Senior Vice President,
Operations. In her many years at driasi, Cindy has contributed in several areas of the business, giving her
immense knowledge of driasi’s business. After numerous years working directly with clients, Cindy has a deep
understanding of their needs and the needs of their customers. She will be responsible for the customer
experience team and insurance operations which includes the contact center, policy owner services, claims,
compliance, and licensing departments.
Keith Lunde has joined driasi as Vice President, Finance. Keith has vast experience in the finance industry,
including previous insurance experience. He has most recently held the role of Vice President, Finance and
Controller with an educational software company. Keith will oversee driasi’s corporate and fiduciary accounting
functions.
After nearly 40 years in the finance industry, including 16 years of dedicated service with driasi, Dave Kaldor,
Chief Financial Officer, has announced his retirement. Dave has made countless contributions in many different
areas of the business. He will continue to assist and help facilitate a smooth transition through May 2019.
driasi recently welcomed Brian Johnston, Manager, Customer Experience, to the team. Brian has 18 years of
experience in contact center management, including third-party insurance administration. Brian is responsible
for managing the customer experience team, which includes contact center, policy owner services, and claims.
Wali Naimi has joined driasi as Manager, Print Production. Wali has extensive experience in data and document
composition, digital printing, programming, website design and development. Wali will be responsible for
managing the print production team and the creation and fulfillment of all customer-facing insurance
documents and system-generated customer communications.
